Property layouts for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also included in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated plans to develop the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
